Can't wait for tomorrow

I am not really sure why I can't wait for tomorrow b/c the thing is...once I get off of work I come home to work --so this weekend will be no different--other than I guess I don't have a schedule and I will be able to get more done around the house--so that is a few steps closer to being done with all of this work! Today I finished the trim in the bathroom --so we have knocked out another room in the house and can start painting another room--I am cured--I no longer want to to paint AGAIN!! Which makes my husband happy b/c he hates painting and he gets tired of me wanting to paint things over and over as he says--but the thing is --Painting just changes a whole room and it just makes me happy to have different colors. SO anyway b/c of that reason we have to paint everything again to sell it! haha! We also loaded up the trailer with more stuff to put into storage--so guess what we are doing tomorrow?? OUr neighbors came over today and offered us a refrigerator b/c they got a new one and they already had a spare--so we took it--I have always wanted one so we could store extra drinks and such --and now that we are moving, of course, we get one--so we can haul it! Wasn't that nice of them?? I will miss those neighbors! They are the best! I am in the mood to get rid of stuff! I just want to load everything up and get rid of it--the house will be so much easier to clean! So tomorrow --will be a wonderful day simply b/c it is Friday! and I will be almost doen with my work!

painting day!

HI all!
well today I went to work--got up late again--this is becoming The norm this week --and I look like HECK! haven't been fixing my hair so everyone can tell I am not getting up in time for work-HAHAHA! I get alot of comments when my hair isn't fixed--oh well. WEll after I got off of work--I came home to finish the trim in JEri's room--and then we went to an early dinner and the golden arches! whew--I know big spenders! Then Rob went back to work and I started the bathroom--I have the first coat on--now I have to wait for it to dry. SO maybe tomorrow that will be done. I cant wait for all of this to be done--so I can relax a little and just enjoy--the rest of my time here! OK--well I better go water the lawn--so it will grow--funny how that works!

Tuesday

HI Friends and Family--Well today I got up late for work again--this whole thing is wearing me down--I usually get up before the alarm clock even thinks about going off--and I just haven't been getting enough sleep--I am like this anytime that I have a big project--I have even been known to stay up all night to finish a project(quilt,scrapbook--anything that keeps my brain thinking) anyway--so today the hydro seeding was done by 9:30 am--woohooo!! EXCITING!!
So now it will just be a matter of keeping it moist enough to grow. I took the carpet and padding out of Jeri's room and the tack strip--so this weekend we should be able to get her room finished. I also packed up our laundry room--so I knocked another room out! I wish I had something funny or insightful to write about--but I am actually just lucky to be writing this--so I hope I am more spunky tomorrow! hahahaha!

Monday

HI , Well today the guys did not come to HYDROSEED--what is with this???--there are 2 companies that hydroseed and I have had nothing but problems--although the guy assured me he would come first thing tomorrow morning! whew! SO today Melissa and I went and got bark to finish the areas in the back yard that we sectioned off--so when they do come to put in our lawn the yard is DONE! Rob and I painted Jeris room--so tomorrow we will just have to do the trim and then we are going to put in new carpeting over the weekend. We will just have to re-paint the bathroom and the boys room and then all we have to do down stairs in the trim work around the hardwood floors, so all of that should be done by the end of this weekend. Today was a rough day at work--although during our meeting to solve some staffing issues I decided to take an extra day off during the week to help my fellow co-workers --I am happy to do it since I have so much going on and the kids are home for summer--once school starts it is will a 5 day week--and who knows if I will actually be here by then. I feel like things are actually coming together --although once I get one thing done I feel like I have 10 more to do--oh well ---such as life!

WENT TO SPOKANE today!

Well--Today we got up-- went to Spokane--I picked up a trailer from My aunt's house so we could bring it back to help us make trips to dump and storage--it is kind of beat up but it is useful..Bryce says he doesn't want to be seen with it--he is 10?? Are they worried about this stuff at 10??
I also stopped my mom's house and my Grandma's house to visit with more family and Landon came by my grandma's house to pick up the 3 Horton boys--and that is always sad for me b/c they are going to be with him for 2 weeks!
When we got home Melissa was here ready to start working --we cleaned up the driveway and the patio--and put down some weed blocker--we need to do that some more but we ran out of staples--so we will finish tomorrow--we also planted some more grass seed out front and we watered and got everything ready for the hydro seeding tomorrow! We also planted some flowers my mom sent home with me--I should go back and get more but I was in a hurray to get going earlier--my mom has a ton she needs to clean out--so when I do move back to Spokane between my mom and grandma --I will be set for flowers--hehe!
I drove past the house I was really interested in ...I don't like the location--so Now I am back to square one--YUCK!
I hate house hunting!

More for today!

HEy everyone--WEll today--We stripped all of the wallpaper from Jeris room--ROb took down her bed last night and we took it to storage today--she has a big loft bed that pretty much took up her whole room--and we have to put new carpet in her room and re-paint. We also stripped the wall-paper from the bathroom so we can repaint that! We also made numerous trips to the storage unit and packed a few more boxes. We also some how managed to clean up a little bit and plant some more grass seed out front! I have so many things going on my mind is going from here to there! I also took a few minutes out of my day to go to our local Quilt show and I could have spent the whole day there looking at quilts--there is just something about a quilt--I can look at any quilt and see something beautiful about it! I wish I could be that way with alot of other things! I also found out today our local scrapbooking store is going out of business b/c her husband got a management position --they don't know know where they are going to be placed so they are shutting down their doors, BOy! Did I plan this right or what! Right when I am leaving so is the scrapbook store! Although--I know I will be coming back to town --I have many friends here--and I will be making trips to our quilt store here b/c it has the best deal on fabric and the RETREATS! My friend Donna and I are going to plan one! We have done a few together and they are so FUN!

Saturday--sage and sun

Well Today is our annual SAge and Sun festival and we aren't enjoying it --I actually call it the Sage and Scum festival b/c it is pitiful for a festival and it brings in a bunch of carnies and any that actually live in town come out to be with their respective people--HAha
Anyway--I have not blogged in a few days--My Mind has been racing for the last 2 days wondering what is gong to happen or actually when things are going to happen--I hate this being in limbo thing--This company can call my husband and he will have to leave us in a week or 2 and we have so many things to do --and the minute he leaves I want to be able to start showing the house--and we have ALOT To do! The guy is going to come hydroseed our LAwn on MOnday! I have been packing like crazy--trying to get all of our personal itmes in storage and out of the house --and I am also going to get rid of a few peices of furniture and also put some furniture in storage so our house will appear bigger for prospective buyers. Rob is trying to work alot of hours and also come home to take down or put together the things I can't and I feel like I am neglecting the kids b/c I am so focused in a million directions--I am not spending alot of time with them--so I think I will do something fun with them tonight or tomorrow! I am in such a hurry to get things done so when ROb has to leave I wont have to worry about how it is all going to get done--and I will be able to relax a little b/c it will be hard enough having him not be with our family for an unknown amount of time--it is going to be difficult. ANyway--I need to get to work--I will write back tonight to give more details.
